BOOKING

Late Arrivals:

If you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will forfeit your booking fee. A new booking fee will be required to book new appointment.

Rescheduling:

I require a 72 hour notice before your appointment in order to reschedule. If you reschedule 72 hours before your appointment, your booking fee will be transferred one time only. If you reschedule less than 72 hours notice you forfeit your booking fee and a new one will be required to book another appointment.

Cancellations:

Your appointment is made for you, cancellations leave a gap in the day that could have been filled. Your booking fee will be forfeited. A 50% fee of services booked will be charged.

A new booking fee will be required to book.

No Shows:

No shows will not be tolerated. You will be charged 100% of missed scheduled services.​
