Plasma Lift Contradictions

These are important to know prior to considering this treatment. Unfortunately, anyone who has any of the following I cannot treat.

Those who I cannot treat are:

Plasma-lift skin tightening is generally suitable for most people, as it is particularly effective at treating notoriously difficult-to-treat areas, including around the eyes or mouth, forehead, nose, neck, breasts, stomach, arms, knees and elbows, stretch marks, scars or sunspots, skin tags or anywhere on the body with extra/sagging skin. It is also suitable for most skin types and textures, although here are some contraindications:

WHEN WE DO NOT PREFORM THE TREATMENT:

  • If client has Fitzpatrick scale skin type 6

  • If client skin is prone to scarring/keloid scarring

IF THE CLIENT HAS:

  • Severe Acne

  • Moles and Birthmarks

  • Dermatitis or Eczema

  • Severe Skin Conditions

  • Open Wounds

  • Lupus

  • Psoriasis or Vitiligo

  • Any visible skin irritations

  • Severe Diabetes

  • Allergies or sensitivities to any product used during treatment

  •  History of being treated with Blood Thinning medications

  • Taking Acne medications (Roaccutane) in last year

  • Cancer patient (chemotherapy or irradiation)

  • Pregnant or breast-feeding Immune-deficient or any other auto-immune disorder

  • Have a Pacemaker

  • You must ensure the skin is its natural color and not altered by the sun during the time of your treatment.
